PUT IT TO WORK

Start with where
you are today.

Use the model as a conversation guide with your leadership team. Consider each dimension separately; your operations, AI practices, talent, and governance may be developing at different stages.

  1. Look for evidence. Compare the operating signals with how work actually gets done in your business.
  2. Choose a priority. Identify the capability that would make the greatest difference to your current goals.
  3. Define the next step. Use the key enablers to agree on an action, an owner, and a way to recognize progress.

AI maturity
Orchestrated across systems; predictive and agentic.
Talent
Orchestrators and analysts; broad AI fluency.

Human-in-the-loop; responsible-use training.
Key enablers

05Intelligent

Autonomous execution. Human judgment.

Operating signals
Full campaign traceability. Native forecasting. Marketers direct rather than execute.
AI maturity
Autonomous agents at scale; continuous optimization.
Talent
Strategic oversight; amplified human judgment.
